Thank you to our generous sponsors!

We at The Waterfront Project, Inc. are immensely grateful for the overwhelming support we received from our sponsors for the 2025 Justice for All Gala. Your generous contributions have not only made this event a success but have also significantly bolstered our ongoing efforts to provide vital legal and housing services to the most vulnerable members of our community. Our Heartfelt Thanks Go Out To:

Our 2025 Justice for All Gala “In the Trenches” Honoree, Jonathan L. Hood. Founder of Hood Venture Counsel, Jon launched the firm after serving as General Counsel at a leading edtech startup. He now advises startups and growing companies on contracts, IP, and corporate law, often acting as their fractional General Counsel. Outside the office, he’s a gardener, animal rescue volunteer, and vintage car tinkerer.

We honor Hyacinth AIDS Foundation at our Justice for All Gala 2025 as our Community Partner for the organization’s tireless efforts to help some of our most vulnerable neighbors navigate housing crises and achieve stability.

At the intersection of our organizations’ missions are low-income tenants living with HIV or AIDS whose households are facing the trauma of eviction. In the past year, Hyacinth has assisted several clients of The Waterfront Project with funding to pay arrears and remain in their homes or, where necessary, relocation assistance to obtain a fresh start. In turn, Hyacinth has referred several clients for legal representation in eviction matters, ensuring that their clients’ legal rights are advanced in the court system.

It is a true partnership for which we are tremendously grateful and which we hope to continue to cultivate for the benefit of our shared community.

Thank you to everyone that attended this year’s “There’s No Place Like Home” Justice for All Gala 2025 to help us continue the work of keeping our communities HERE.

Through your dedication, contributions, and attendance, The Waterfront Project will be able to help more families secure safe housing, fight injustices within the housing industry, and continue to offer impactful and important education around first time home buyers, foreclosure, tenant rights, housing protection, and our survivors project.
